This accommodation is located on the border between the iconic neighborhoods of Copacabana and Ipanema, in an area known as "Copanema". The area has several kiosks and bars, bus lines and metro station at General Osório Square, being ideal for those looking for convenience when exploring the city. Finally, Arpoador, Copacabana and Ipanema beaches are all within walking distance, with Arpoador Rock being famous for its sunset.

The accommodation features a spacious and airy living room with sofas, a dining table, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, and utensils to make your stay complete. There is also a full bathroom + toilet.

The apartment has two bedrooms; all have ceiling fans, and one is equipped with air conditioning. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has a single bed plus an additional single mattress. Bed linen and towels are provided.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. All guests must provide official photo ID in advance.
- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge. -Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
